Formatted time - either GMT or Local server time, depending on {DisplayTimeValues} setting in configure. Same format qualifiers as %GMTIME%
Syntax: %DISPLAYTIME{"format"}%
Example: %DISPLAYTIME{"$hou:$min"}% expands to 21:37
